Subject: Letter of commendation for John Fishbein
Dear Mr. Baas,
I am writing this letter to tell you how pleased I am with John
Fishbein's efficiency and professionalism during the recent sale
of my mother's house in April of this year. I was working in Australia
when an emergency arose with my elderly mother's helth and I was
forced to relocate her to Victoria Place, a retirement lodge in
Kitchener. It soon became obviouse that she could no longer live
in her house and I wanted to sell the house quickly and at a fair
market price. I spoke, faxed and exchanged countles emails with
John from Australia, Mexico, Hawaii and Vancouver, B.C. He was just
terrific to deal with; very personable but very professional too.
He was extremely knowledgable and was always able to answer my questions.
I felt very confident that he was handling the house sale and that's
pretty remarkable considering that I was thousands of miles away
from our first contact in February until the house sold in April.
He did exactly what I wanted; he sold the house quickly and at a
fair market price.
I trust that you and Remax recognize his worth and see that he
is a very valuable asset to the Remax organization
