I still remember when I bought my first home. My wife Debbie and I were expecting our first child - we were so excited about finally being our own 'landlords'.

We've since bought two other homes in Kitchener Waterloo, and increased our family to four kids and a dog - which makes the whole moving process a bit more fun. I understand exactly how you can feel in buying a home - confused, excited, and perhaps a little overwhelmed.
