In a recent transaction, in which we purchased a townhouse jointly
with our son and his wife, John demonstrated great initiative in

to our unique needs as clients. He put a lot of time and effort
into a transaction that, in relative terms, earned him a small commission.
We certainly appreciate John's interest and concern; our only regret
