Dear Re/Max Twin City,
Graham and I wanted to make sure we wrote a letter to compliment
John Fishbein about the amazing job he did selling our house.
Our house had several strikes against it: small lot, right beside
an alleyway, UFFI and in a neighbourhood with a colourful reputation.
As you can imagine, we were very frustrated after having our house
listed with another real estate company for nine months. We had
32 showings and absolutely no results. We were a little skeptical
of John's confidence and enthusiasm. We were amazed when, two weeks
later, he sold our house and, on the first day of looking, found
the house we had always hoped for! It has the location, lot size
and house that we wanted. We were also impressed watching John negotiate
the highest possible price for our house and the lowest price for
our new home. I thought our involvement would end there but then
he offered to contact the lawyer to get us the best rates for legal
services.
John put up with us when we were frustrated and skeptical and turned
us into believers that he is the hardest working real estate agent
around. I am writing this letter to share with you my sincere belief
that there is no other agent capable of doing the job that John
has done for us. We tell everyone we know about his amazing work
and we wish him continued success.
